"Spiritual hip hop is supposed to nourish the souls of those living in poverty to the people living in mansions as well, I might be the latter but I got zero nourishment in my soul from listening to this .... well let's just call it a cd. This cd is permeated with great beats throughout but as for lyrical content it is nonexistant, too much "I'm such & such so great" and "We're the such & such so best" for my tastes, or I prefer emcees who rap for their audience instead of for themselves. With far too much buffer or to put it simply the disc lacks Spiritual-minded selfless-oriented storyform rhyming. This cd suffers from megalomania but has above-average beats (first star) and tracks 2/15/18-20 are nice (second star) but not enough to redeem a 22-track cd. Sevin, Fros-T, Tunnel Rats, Deepspace 5, Procussions, Sean Slaughter, LG Wise, Bruthaz Grimm, KJ-52, Mars Ill, Raphi, Ambassador, Cross Movement, K2S, Priesthood, are recommended in it's place."

"Wow ... thats how I would sum up my reaction when I first heard this album. Almost every song on here is excellent, there are a couple exceptions (Ball Bounces and Love for the Art). When I first heard about the album I thought it was just going to be filler until their next album and almost thought of skipping it. However, for only 10 bucks I couldn't resist. The stand out tracks on this album are DL Drop, Break it Down and Get out the Van. Please do not download these songs, support these guys by laying down 10 bucks. Plus, you are getting a better quality sound with the CD then downloading on Limewire from someone that encoded the songs in crappy 128kps."

"These guys are so good, I play them all the time when I need lifting. I just wish I could see them in person, I have heard from Glen Galloway (Soul-Junk) that they are really fine.
