Bizarre music from this rarely seen film

"With hints of the music he would score for 1986's "The Untouchables," Ennio Morricone constructs beautiful textures and tones for this rare (and rarely seen) Italian murder/mystery from the late 60's. The highlight is the 17-minute-plus 5th track, "Sinfonia Per L'Attentato" from which all subsequent tracks (excepting the opening march) are pulled. Creepy and mysterious, yet with a consistent forward-pushing march, one can only imagine what is going on in the film. Classic Morricone Noir. Put this on whilst getting away in a car, and you'll never look back..."
