CD ReviewsOf Course the Germans are Happy... 01/27/2000 (5 out of 5 stars) "Sammy, shmammy -- Hartman proves there's life after Great Neck with Users Guide. Each cut will roll around your head for days, particularly the biting "The Reason," an homage to wacky chicks worldwide. While one wonders whether Jesse's exposure to Tatesian characters has added a layer of gloom to his lyrics, you just can't argue with the catchiness of "I'm So Happy...", the rocking "Guilt," or the funereal dirge that is "End Credits." Buy it at any cost."
