Mix master Latin Bitman return s with new album, Colour on October 20th. Colour brings Bitman s signature fusion of dub, electronica and hip hop with some bossa nova and turntablism thrown in for good measure. It features a variety of vocalists including the fiery MC Anita Tijoux, chanteuse, Francisca Valenzuela and rapper Tea Time. Growing up surfing on the northern coast of Chile, Bitman combines the chill-out beach vibes of his childhood with the funky urban sounds of his cosmopolitan home of Santiago. Bitman builds each track from scratch, creating his own samples, then mixing and re-mixing them to form the song. Following the launch of his self-titled album, Latin Bitman made his U.S. debut at Central Park SummerStage with Julieta Venegas and Plastilina Mosh.
