"One CD has five meditations all spoken with background instrumental music. The second CD just has the instrumental. When used in the morning and evening or while doing daily chores this CD set trains the mind to find solutions or generate ideas. The spoken meditations were short which was a surprise but otherwise this is another excellent intuitive tool."

"For those who already have a copy of Laura Day's previous CD, this is a wonderful new tool to add to an intuitive toolkit. Disk 1 has five tracks that are spoken narrations of re-developing our intuitive and subconscious faculties towards the destiny we choose to create and work towards with our energy. Disk 2 is instrumental acoustics designed to complement and reinforce the pratices on the first disk. A continuation of Day's method of changing energy patterns to support conscious intentions."
