Well executed disappointments

"This music disappoints me. What you get, most of the time, aresome jazzy licks with rhythmic string snapping.....all well executedbut uninteresting. Bert Jansch was doing something like this years ago.... There is no real development of themes, and nothing melodicallymemorable. If you are looking for a Takoma style guitarist you willbe disappointed. Juber sometimes reminds me of ... but even here thecomparison does him.... The subtlety of De Grassi's music ismissing. I will try to end on a poitive note...I enjoyed STILL WARMand THE RIVER BETWEEN, two numbers that stand out ,for me, in anotherwise forgettable collection"
Great!

"One of top players of finger-style guitar. I think this album is great! If you like finger-style guitar, you have to have some LJ in your collection. I recomend this album."
