"Well I guess it's only fair I review this album since I reviewed their other great album (Death Of Innocence) and titled that review "Buy this with Your Weapon".



This was LW's second masterpiece. What can I say here that I didn't say in the other review? The songs are a bit longer than the ones on D.O.I., but the magic's still there. When I saw them live they were touring behind this album, and it was a very unattended show. That didn't seem to matter at all, since I can still remember just how passionate they played. I've been listening to this for 25 years and I still get goosebumps. "Equalizer" has been included on a few retro comps but every song here is just as good... a few even better. "Bleeders" is my personal fave. Kind of bluesy, definitely punk, flirts with hardcore... LW stood out from the rest but somehow got swept under the carpet. Their sound got bland and mainstream after this, but you can't go wrong with Your Weapon and Death of Innocence."
