"This album gives you a good idea of where Les Savy Fav are coming from, and as each album goes on, you can here the progression into their latest, Go Forth. Stand out tracks (for me) are Je T'aime (a slower, different track) and Blackouts (complete with profanity in the first line and a countless number of "woo ha!"s). All in all, a good musical choice. It's not my favorite by Les Savy Fav, and may not appeal to fans who liked Go Forth, but it's just fine by me."

"This album rocks. This is pure sloppy rock at its finest. Not as innovative as the current album(the cat and the cobra) this album is screaming with personality. Nothing beats the dualing guitars and the heavy empty bass lines that this band provides. And to top it all off they have a sassy singer spouting off riddles for the listener to attempt to unfold. Buy this album"
