Songs like: "From Now", "Only Fooling Myself", and "Still in Love with you" are timeless. She captures unique moods, and actually invites the listner in to share in her joy, pain or suffering! Additionally, with this new re-issue one is afforded the luxury of receiving Ms. Cliffords best album...."IF My Friends Could See Me Now". "Runaway Love"....A Disco Classic is still as funky today as when originally recorded! People may dislike disco but, Ms. Cliffords voice and rendition of the material transcends all classifications! Her voice is a national treaure...one to be appreciated now and forever!"

"This is one of the best disco sets ever produced. If My Friends... still rocks after 25 years. The version here is about 8 minutes and has an awesome ending to it. Runaway love ... what is there to say? This is the definitive pack your bags song! Also around 8 minutes, Linda ttakes this version to new heights.This also contains her first Curtom 1977 album, Linda. This is a very decent first release for the label, although not quite at the peak or highs that the If My Friends... album would take her to. That whole album is awesome. It already appears that it's out of print ... get one now!"
