An inexplicably underrated sonera.

"Superb Cuban son muntuno and guajira numbers from a powerful sonera who was obviously heavily-influenced by both Celia Cruz and Celeste Mendoza. Great backing by the SAR Records' house band's musicians too. Check out "La Alegria Del Montuno", "A Comer Chicharron" and especially "Oye Como Suena"--these three masterpieces are mind-blowing and will keep you dancing."
