So listen to the various samples for each album and find one that you seem to like. Ten minutes of this on my cd player in my bedroom and I am soundly asleep. I've never experienced anything like this; it's like a sleeping potion for your ears. I imagine you could do yoga, relaxation therapy, or massage to this.
