"The sound with the new electronics of the 1990's and a revised upbeat will truly make the "endless summer"... go on and on for all generations to enjoy. This music of 35 + years ago coupled with "new" arrangement techniques was very enjoyable. Besides just catching the Beach Boys on July 4th, one can "kick back" and relive a sound that keeps your feet tapping and listen to music that all of us over 50 can understand and enjoy.... However, if given a "push" I believe the Gen X crowd might enjoy the sound and find a common link with what most of their parents or more especially what their grand parents enjoyed...."Heads Up !: Best of the Lively Ones - Vol II" lives up to the reputation of its title: "Heads Up" ....I can't say enough good things about this albumn. It is the best I have heard in years...."
