Making their debut in the "dirty-dirty" south with the album, Stompin? Ground, the southern-slanged Lone Sojourners have combined hard-hitting, "make the club jump" tracks with street wise, socially conscious lyrics that are mesmerizing hip-hop lovers throughout the world. On the first single, "Stompin? Ground", the Lone Sojourners give listeners a lyrical introduction to the ATL and at the same time, in the spirit of southern hospitality, give listeners the opportunity to represent the place they themselves call home. The end of the song features a role call where East, West, North and South are invited to "stomp for their stompin? ground." Not giving listeners a chance to catch their breath from bouncing and bobbing to "Stompin? Ground", the Sojourners turn up the heat to "360 degrees" with "Hot Spot".
