Real Old Style Hawaiian Sound!!

"I heard and met this wonderful performer at a restaurant called the Seawatch in Maui, HI. He was playing the nicest old style Hawaiian music during our entire dinner. Many comments were made over dinner about what a nice sound and selection of songs he was playing. I was pleased to find after dinner that Lono had a CD, so I got a copy and listened to it on the drive home. I was blown away at how wonderful this CD is. The recording quality is great, as is the style and the selection of traditional Hawaiian songs. This has become one of my favorite CDs!! If you are a fan of _real_ Hawaiian music, you won't be disappointed by this recording!! (also, I think you can find a few sound clips on Lono's website at lonomusic dot com)"

"Having grown up in Hawaii and moving to the mainland to for college and professional life, I'm always looking for music that brings me back to my roots. Lono does that. His music is good, traditional Hawaiian music, with great vocals, guitar and ukulele. You don't have to be Hawaiian to love it; my Colorado family loves it, too!"
