"Every one who has ever listened to Luis Alberto "El Flaco" Spinetta knows about both his creativity and originallity. "Los Ninos Que Escriben En El Cielo" is not the exception. Coupling with great musicians like Mono Fontana et al, "Los Ninos..." drums up a revolutionary twist to Argentinean-contemporary music. Spinetta is capable of giving his own version of jazz-rock filled with poetic words that will have the fine listener stick to his or her CD player. A song like "El Hombre Dirigente" (composed back in the early 80s) anticipates, poetically, many of the traits long criticized afterwards by Argentineans regarding their politicians. Undoubtedly, "Los Ninos..." is a must in every jazz lover collection."
