"I must have seen Love Nut at least 10 times in Baltimore in the 90's. I am a huge fan of power pop, and the band was a breath of fresh air as Baltimore didn't offer many alternatives to sloppy post-grunge at that time. This CD has some fine tracks, (Love Found You, Man or Machine, and Falling Down) ---it may lack the DIY mentality of the debut, but this is definitely a precursor to Andy Bopp's Myracle Brah. So, if you are a fan of The Posies, Badfinger, Gin Blossoms, and Matthew Sweet, I recommend you grab a copy of this CD at once. You will not be disappointed."
Good enough to listen to (over and over...)

"I really hadn't noticed how much I liked this album until I realized it had been in my car CD player for almost a week straight (and I commute 30 minutes each way, so I probably heard the album 11 times in a row). The thing is, there's nothing spectacular about it. It's just 15 good, quality, catchy pop-rock songs that don't get old quickly.I would recommend this to fans of Myracle Brah (obviously) as well as fans of Fountains of Wayne, Owsley, weezer, Cotton Mather or any other guitar pop groups out there. You'll probably have to get it used, so get it while you can."
This album deserves your attention and ear!!!!

"This album is so good I don't know why more people haven't heard of Love Nut. The songs are are a step above the catchy pump-um-out junk that passes as music now a days. They automatically grab you and make you listen to the music and the words. Their first album was great but this one contains some of the freshest music you are going to hear anywhere."
