"I bought this shortly before the birth of my first child. I took it to the hospital with me and listened to it before and after her birth. It is a compilation of lullabies, mostly classical, performed by soprano Donna Bennett. She has a lovely, sweet voice; the selection of pieces is very appealing. My own favorite is her rendition of the lullaby from "Mary Poppins",which tells a child to "stay awake, don't close your eyes" in the most sleep-inducing tones imaginable. Almost six years after I first bought it, this is still one of my favorite CDs. I have given it as a baby gift to a few very special friends, and I'm planning to take it with me to the hospital for the birth of my third child this month!"
