"These old Hawaiian "standards" are beautifully re-done by the Makaha Sons. The SONS have added a more contemporary sound which gives these "oldies" added depth and beauty! Excellent CD! Great for HULA!"

"The "Sons" once again have outdone themselves. The CD is awesome to say the least and I've got to order another one because I played it so much and so often I've worn it out! This is a must for anyone that enjoys hawaiian melodies from one of the best groups that play and sing them. I have seen them in concert only once and I was completely and totally blown away! There harmony will make you cry it is so beautiful. 5 Stars is truly not enough, I'll give them 20."

Q: Now that the Grammys give awards for nearly every other kind of music, when will they recognize Hawaiian music?"
