"Manny Manuel is an absolutely irresistible and magnificent singer. His voice is deep and resonant, and a first rate stylist, imparting a great deal of charm and style into every phrase. Seldom have I heard a singer with so much verve and personality in his voice. I am now finding out from people how popular he is in Puerto Rico, and I can certainly see why.This grammy nominated album is in many ways his most electrying album. It is not as varied and shaded as Autentico; he strikes mainly a single kind of delivery, but it is very foreceful and mature. The merengues are highly elaborate and stylized. While there are only 9 songs on "Lleno de Vida," all are substantial in length and quality. Not just your formualaic merenge, each song is irrepresively catchy, but, due to Manny's truly first rate delivery,as well as the excellent arrangements, they do not wear thin. Autentico is still my favorite Manny album, but Lleno de Vida definitely merited being nominated a Grammy, and in fact should have won.And incidentally, Manny Manuel puts Elvis Crespo in the trash can as far as I am concerned. The difference is between a mediocre singer who somehow managed to hook on to to a commercial appeal, versus a superb artist who will stand the test of time."

"Este es el cuarto disco como solista de uno de los favoritos del publico, el gran Manny Manuel. "Lleno De Vida" describe muy bien a esta disco, ya que en verdad esta lleno de vida. Manny Manuel luego de su salida de Los Sabrosos Del Merengue para lanzarse como solista ha tenido un exito tras otro. Primero fue "Rey De Corazones", luego "Autentico" y mas tarde "Es Mi Tiempo". Ahora llega "Lleno De Vida" que reune a los mejores talentos de la musica tropical como Luisin Marti, Manuel Tejada, Jaime Querol, Wilfrido Drullard, Henry Jimenez y Juan Valdez, entre muchos otros. Los mejores temas del disco lo son "Eres Tu", "Pensando En Ti", "Vivir Asi, Es Morir De Amor" y "En Las Nubes". Otro excelente tema lo es la bachata "Ponte En Mi Lugar". Tambien recomiendo el CD de la ex-corista de Manny Manuel, "Como Tu Mujer" de Laura. Otros excelentes discos son "Pasional" de Jessica Cristina y "Grandes Exitos" de Juan Luis Guerra."
