"I really like this cd , marduk plays fast evil black metal, they play so fast that other bands might as well quit. Check out the track Legion and you'll know what I mean. What else can I say? If you like satanic black metal go get it. A very cool live album', with good sound"

"Marduk's "Live In Germania" is a total blistering fast raw and grim black metal! Hail Swedish metal! The onslaught swept throygh Germany leaving breathless thousands of fans! Real black metal attack that is uncompromising and merciless! As for the production, it is a very good one for the live album of a black metal band! Every instrument is clearly heard and perfectly combine with each other. No noise. No blur. Fine sound!Hail Swedish Frontmen Of Black Metal!"

(5 out of 5 stars)
"Incredible live album from the german leg of 1997's ¨Heaven Shall Burn ¨ tour. The cd is put together from some 4 different gigs but the sound is quite even throughout the whole recording and it clocks at a healthy 60'. The performance is ferocious in a take-no-prisoners, teeth-clenched, merciless manner. This is a superb onslaught that will butcher your ears with its sheer energy and incredible heaviness. The rawness of the original recording has given place to an outstanding remastered sound, maybe not as detailed as I had wished for but the clarity is a joy now. Peter Tagtren from Hypocrisy shines on second guitar and also produces the record. Guitarwork is excruciatingly trebley, almost razor-sharp and the double kick-drum assault is simply demolishing. Words fall short really. If you like Marduk and live recordings, you just have to own this masterpiece . It makes a nice job of summing up their first 4 lps with versions of the songs even wilder than those on the studio lps. Indispensable. Throw the horns in respect. WOOOOOOOOLVES !!!!"
