"I applaud these women ! They prove that women can convey the spirit and strength of Mariachi music ! Strong yet beautiful, their voices ring melodiously bringing into this CD the warmth, charm and grace of the Mexican heritage from the female perspective. Pride and hard work have gone into this CD. They have my admiration and respect! It is a wonderful addition to my Mexican (Mexican-American) music collection!"

"Mariachi Reyna De Los Angeles has produced a wonderful CD that promotes the music of mariachi. It shows that the music is alive and improving with every new generation of musicians. The songs are played with emotion and with vibrance. The song "Mucho Corazon," in particular is the best. The singer puts her heart and soul into the song. This is truly a terrific group. I wish them well."

"First I would like to commend this fine group of young musicians for setting the profesional standard for all female mariachi musicians in the United States. Because of groups like Reyna de Los Angeles, young girls who take an interest in the music will continue to improve and women in Mariachi will add to their list of contributions and break-throughs.The selection of pieces on this CD were great as well as those put together for the popurris. The vocals are rich and the rhythms are exceptional. The violin arrangements on this CD reflect the talent that this group has.The arrangements of the songs could have been a bit more challenging for a group with much talent and promise; however, this is owed to Mr. Jose Hernandez of Sol De Mexico and not the girls individually. If there is any doubt in ANYONE'S mind that all the instrumentation in this CD was not done by Reyna, you are mistaken and obviously know nothing of this group's history and musical ability.I recommend all professional mariachis, amateur mariachis and those that have a love for this deep rooted music to get this CD!"
Excellente!
