"After being raised hearing Sol De Mexico's music, I have developed a great passion for mariachi. I own their 8 CD's, but my favorite is "Corazon Buenas Noches". These guys share the same musical passion and strive to project their love for mariachi in their songs. I really recomend it! 'Que Viva El Mariachi!!!"

"This music is wonderfully romantic and relaxing. It brings back memories of the music that I heard in my childhood and reminiscent of the wonderful visits to Mexico. Some of the songs are ones that I learned as a young girl at my mother's feet since we didn't have TV."

"Looks like all the bad reviews for Sol de Mexico are from the same person. But you'll see that Mr. Hernandez' beautiful music won't decrease in quality, and neither its value. You will be able to enjoy this music for years to come, and if for some reason you ever stop enjoying it, you will be able to sell these jewels at top price, get your money back, and maybe even make a profit, since Sol De Mexico will only acquire more fans, as time goes by. Guaranteed!
Great Record! Just like all the others from SOL."

"The most annoying of the the "show" mariachis I was surprised I liked some songs on this album. "Corazon, Buenas Noches" is a nice peice as is "Que Padre es la vida," which Luis Aguilar would sing. I really liked the Popurri del Amor and it's one of my favorite on the album. "Nunca Jamas," Lalo Guerrero's hit and Juan Gabriel's "Constumbres" go really well. Kudos to Hernandez arrangement on this one. I like the "trio" aura they give to the song. The muted trumpets and arrangments on "Gema" are done well; they should have had someone else sing it though. The other two popurris "Penas de Amor" and "Popurri de Las Ferias" are cheese factories. It's alway nice to hear Timoteo "Tello" Gonzalez (the guitarest) voice though. There are some gems on this recording."

"Mariachi Sol De Mexico is a great mariachi. Since the first time I saw Sol de Mexico perform at the Cielito Lindo Restaraunt in L.A. I was truly amazed. There music is great. I enjoy the effort and strength they put into their feelings of mariachi music Buena Suerte siempre. #1 Fan Andrea Tellez"
