"In her autobiography, "Faithfull," Marianne referred to this album as her "English country abum." I'd say that sounds about right. This old recording (1977, I believe, it came out) is still worth hearing. "Dreamin' My Dreams" has aways had a special place in my heart. "Lady Madelaine" is a great tribute to a lost friend. "That Was The Day (Nashville)" is good too, but my favorite is the last track, "Honky Tonk Angels." With that cracked, ravaged voice of hers, Marianne really connects with the song. If you are a Marianne Faithfull fan, buy it, don't hesitate."
