"I LIKE MARTA'S VOICE, STRONG AND BEAUTIFULL,I LIKE THIS ALBUM, I LIKE ALL BUT THE COVER...REMAINS ME MADONNA...MARTA , YOU HAVE BETTER VOICE THAN SHE, SO TRY TO BE YOURSELF AT LEAST IN THE COVERS... IF YOU LIKE HER VOICE, ALSO TRY WITH THE ENGLISH VERSION OF AZABACHE, THE ALBUM IS CALL ONE STEP CLOSER. MARTA SINGS IN ENGLISH BETTER THAN ENRIQUE OR JULIO IGELSIAS...TOO MUCH BETTER...LISTEN IT."
Una voz hermosísima!

"I have recently discovered the music of Marta Sanchez. She has an absolutely beautiful voice that is only complimented by her spectacular music. Every track on this CD sounds different than the previous. Her pronunciation is crystal clear so she is great for Spanish students to listen to."
"ONE OF THE BEST VOICES WHO SINGS IN SPANISH . THIS ALBUM IS A MIXTURE OF MANY DIFERENT STYLES. IT'S A VERY GOOD ALBUM BUT I PREFER HER SECOND ALBUM, MI MUNDO."
Best Marta Sanchez album so far

"This album was long awaited when it was released. She had taken quite a while before releasing a new album since AZABACHE. This is the complete opossite of Azabache. Most of the Desconocida album is very catchy, pop, electronica and great ballads. I think this is one of her best albums since Mujer to Soy Yo.
This is the USA release and DOES NOT come with lyrics unlike the other releases.
1. Desconocida: I'm sure most of you have heard this song by now, but for those who haven't. This is a very catchy mid-tempo song, co-written by the same person who wrote "Desesperada".
Even now, it's still one of my favorite Marta Sanchez songs; In my opinnion, this is the best in this CD.
The english version of this song "Perfect Stranger" is NOT includded in this release, but you can get it in the Re-release from Spain, Japanese import or the Spanish greatest hits CD.
2. Sera: This is such a nice ballad, I'm surprised it was never released as a single.
3. Quiero Mas De Ti: This was the first single off this album, very uptempo, something we needed from her back then. Catchy song but I don't think it's one of her best. (The remixes of this song are great and ofcourse they're not included in this CD)
4. Los Mejores Años De Nuesra Vida: This is a cover, I hardly listen to this song, I usually skip it. This is a very slow song but her voice sounds beautiful as always.
5. Despues De Ti: This is another very slow song, I skip this one too.
6. Estrellas De Fuego: This is another one of my favorite songs from this album. This was released as a single as well, and there's a remix featuring Claudo Yarto from Calo (not included here). Very good ballad, her voice sounds amazing as always here, I love it.
7. Corazon Que Mira Al Sur: Marta Sanchez wrote this song. It's such a good ballad, the music to this reminds me a bit of the beginning of "Drowned World/Subsitute For Love" by Madonna.
8. Loca De Amor: This was released as a single as well, it's a slow tempo pop song. Very catchy but I prefer the remix to it (again, not included here). Seems like either her record lable or she likes to release this type of music since she released "Arena y Sol" from Mi Mundo, "Ya Ves" from Azabache and now this one. Reminds me a lot of them.
9. Habla El Corazon: This is a nice ballad, nothing new but you can enjoy her beautiful voice.
10. Inocente: This is a slow tempo song, her voice sounds great in this one. Very relaxing song. I like it.
11. Mas De Lo Que Pedi: Another ballad, good song.
12. Como Tu y Yo: Slow tempo song, it's as good as "Inocente"
13. Desconocida (Bombay Mix): This is a great remix but not the best one, very clubby though."
