"Mashina is one of the most respected and loved bands in Israel.
Since their beginning in the early 80's and until their break-up in 1995 they remained at the top of their game and put out great recordings, one after the other.
This recording is a collection of their best work from the early days and it is THE mashina album to have, if you only have to have one...
Their early days were heavily influenced by 'madness' (the british ska band) and other 80's bands - but in a good way.
This is easily one of the greatest, now classic, Israeli albums of all time."

"This is a compilation of early Mashina who were a very succesfull Israeli band. Here their sound is a fusion of british ska and eastern influenced rock/pop. The whole CD is a blast with lots of groovy and danceable tunes to some nice ballads.This is a very accesible album and the hebrew lyrics do not detract a thing from the music. Highly recommended."

"Great album, but in this collection there are only songs from Mashina's early days, so you'd still have to buy their latest CDs for all of Mashina's music. However, in this album there are the songs "Rani in Paris" & "Mi yodea madoa velama loveshet hazebra pijama?" and I'm not sure you can find them in any other album. Personally, I intend to buy all their albums including this one. Great band, gotta love them."
