Unfortunately initial sound track is so poor that it's impossible not only to take pleasure from this recording but just understand something about performance as information. There is a mention on box about 24-bit restoration work - it does not matter, you hardly observe it. If one desire to have excellent recording of H-moll messe by Karajan from that era I recommend famous EMI recording recently reissued." |
