"Ok for starters this is in fact the best eastern album aside from the tabla beat science bill laswell has ever done, the absolute bliss of liquid psychonavigated translationz and elements ive never heard from this realm of musicians. but in fact this is the only thing i have heard from azzddine: Vocals, oud, darbukka, brahim: vocals, Najat: keyz, noura: back vocalz, naima: back vocalz, orchestre ouhnine: ensemble on trackz 6,12, youssef el majjad: vocalz on track 3, boualem: rap on 2, abdelsalam ouhnine: spiritual assistance, jalal hamdaoul: programmin, michael laszlo: drumz, bombaxx: programin & mix on 10,13, pat jabbar: programmin, production,& uf course dub master bass producer axiom, innerythmic, nagual head bill laswell 1,2,3,5,7,8,9,14, i hope by now from 79 to now you have run into a laswell project, tabla beat science, praxis, axiom records, somma, equations of eternity, to name a few, he has probably recorded and has about 600 albums he is featured on. if your used to laswells extreme volume dub bass u will find out when he plays on other peoples stuff some times he is quite a bit more muted but still hese their, dub bass slammin. i have probable 180 records he is featured on and this is like non other, absolutelly flavored with the right amount of spice with excellentelly orchestrated vocalz and string arangement and various egyptian, morrocan, arabic & persian percission and piano, then they throw in the ablolute best available effects and processors to bring out that amazing dub sound everything and everysong is filled to the brim with slammin dub moog keyboards amazing drum programmin percussion, pure dub style arabic vocals. i litterelly cant say how truelly good this is and along the lines of laswells best and in the ranks of prof. shehabs samsara sound system, cheb i sabbah, temple of sound, the new state of bengal, and absolutelly everything else out their and dosent sound anything like those records, it does some what resemble ahlam but like kranked way up. it has danceable songs without really being techno e. has all the flavors of pure eastern dub fusion even if you slightelly enjoy the asian underground, dub, electronic, psychonavigation, violin, oud, eastern elements and vocalz, you have to check this out. its out on barraks and barbarity who has pat jabbar as main produccer for the label who has been the main programmer for such artists as dar beida 04, makale, ahlam, Aisha Kandishas Jarring Effects, & much more for more check out this awesome labels for more & if you have youll know what caliber i speak of. eastern electronicz. dont let amazin usa fool you, they just got this album & its been out scense sep of 2004, all other amazons suck as uk, china, germany exc have had it scense its original release. i had to order this from the amazon uk. it comes in a gloriously layed out digipack. dont pass on this gem, you wont be dissapointed with the resultz"

"This is another fabulous album from the Moroccan trance/trip hop/electronica scene that has spawned the likes of Aisha Kandisha's Jarring Effects and Amira Saqati, also wonderful artists. Pat Jabbar has a hand here as well and Bill Laswell's excellent bass adds a whole new dimension. As with Amira Saqati, I am strongly reminded of Massive Attack with a Middle Eastern flavour. Azzddine is fascinating stuff and rewards repeated listening. Highly recommended."
