"Jazz pop duo Matt Bianco crank up the pace with their latest release Echoes (unfortunately its Japanese release only). Its a high energy fest of Cuban Latin beats in the signature feel good Matt Bianco style. Highlight is the Meltdown Mix version of "Fire", an overheated frenzy of dance rhythms. Also worth mentioning are the catchy tracks "Something About Your Love" and "Love Like That". Matt Bianco has been around since the early 80's and proves consistently with each new release that the creative juices are yet to ebb. These CDs are definitely worth international release and exposure."
Excellent and not to be missed

"Superb new album from world-pop outfit Matt Bianco, released in July 2002. Featuring a brillant collection of ten songs with a strong latino flavour, this record just shows how good these guys have become at writing thumping, pulsating popsongs. Together with their new vocalist Hazel Sim they manage to make this album sparkle."
Echoes of a Non-Stop Fiesta !

"Matt Bianco is the kind of band that if re-incarnation exists I definitely want to come back as a musical artist of this group's caliber ! One can feel the sheer joy and creative artistry that went into this current project. This latest release is jam packed with rich Brazilian/Latin house grooves along with other pop-jazz, dance (with a hint of r&b and funk) tunes. Each song on its own merits pure explosive energy and fun which translates into one infectious fiesta. Despite the band's British/European origins, Echoes strongly emanates with the Miami Latin nightclub sound and scene ! MB is one of the best European imports who were able to leave the pop tag of the 80's and progress into something very fresh and vital on the music international circuit today !"
