Another smashing smackdown from TMP

"I drove 120 miles to Los Angeles in the pouring rain to get TMP's new album. It was well worth the traffic! This is modern bluegrass at its best, crashing in around your ears, blistering your soul and making your heart pound (although listening to "Car Crash" while driving in the rain is a bit unnerving). In any case, I expect nothing less from TMP than the best, which they always deliver. If this is your first foray into TMP's work... where have you been??? BUY THEIR ENTIRE CATALOG! NOW! You will not regret it."
Another Great Recording from the TMP

"I've been a fan of this outfit since I first saw them at Davey's Uptown in Kansas City way back in 1998. In addition to putting on one heck of a live show, each of their studio albums manages to out do it's predecessor in sheer awesomeness. If given the choice between buying food and buying this album... well, maybe you can find a half eaten something or other in the dumpster."
Insurgent country

"Ahhhh....The new Meat Purveyors, music for the drinking class. TMP have once again gifted the world with the finest slab of insurgent twanggrass ever to grace the shelves of your small town record store that still can't make a dime. This band continues to gives me reason to live, and drink. If you haven't heard TMP, you haven't heard the news. One of my all time fave nuevo honky tonk groups, TMP slang a mix of high octane jams and beautiful slow country numbers. Excellent renditions of classics mixed with origonals which are truely timeless. The title track is exceptional. Heartfelt and honest. Buy and listen repeatedly...and then somemore. Music increases in depth and breadth with repeated listening, and alcohol."
