Poor Sound Quality

"Although I'm a huge fan of Mel Torme, I could hardly hear him or the musicians on these Discs, because the sound quality was so poor. These CD's were made from recordings that were not stereo albums to begin with, so I assume this resulted in what I would characterize as a weak, thin, scratchy, hard to hear sound track."
