""Ice Chest", the funny working-man's lament about working hard and spending good money to see a show, sets the tone for this fresh album from R&B singer/songwriter Mel Waiters. As a southerner,I can also appreciate the tribute song to grandmothers, "Big Mama"; it brings back memories of having my own Big Mama to cook for me when I was growing up. The song "He Didn't Take Your Woman" has some really catchy lines that have become hallmark around my house. This is one of his best CD's with Waiters' trademark rhythm and catch-phrases--a great CD to play with the ragtop down and the ocean breeze in the air."
