Great Melodic Black Metal!

"The members of this band all site their guitar influences to Power Metal (since the guitarists used to be in a Power Metal band) and it is obivious in some of the riffs on this CD. Although not as creative as the previous release "Songs Of The Desolate Ones", "Modern Instinct's Purity" shows a growth in sound (and almost a whole new band line-up). I say if you are a fan of Black Metal and any Melodic Metal, go check out all Mephistopheles' album catalog!"
