As with his other music, Michael composed and mixed all of the tracks but this music CD is unique because it is his first At Peace Music recording on which he plays all the musical instruments himself . . . Every time I listen to this CD I pick a new favorite track and I never get tired of any of them. Each track has it's own unique yet mesmerizing vibe; the track sequencing is sophisticated and energizing. If you're looking for music to listen to while you practice yoga, enjoy a massage session or simply relax and enjoy life, you need to add this to your collection."
