"i was exceedingly pleased with this purchase. very beautiful and a great compilation. Mostly solo piano for maximum texture, intimacy, and acoustic beauty.More virtuostic and abstract then David Lanz. More sophisticated and prettier then George Winston.I also reccomend David Lanz & George Winston, but they lean more toward simpler melodies. Buy this CD if you would like to hear new age piano with serious classical technique and touch on the keyboards."

"If you have never tried New Age piano music, or enjoyed the sounds of Michael Jones, this is a great first CD to add to your collection. Seventeen of his most popular pieces, running to almost 60 minutes of music, make the 2 CD set an especially nice collection. Michael Jones, along with artists such as David Lanz, have defined a melodic style of flowing New Age piano music. If you have but one New Age piano CD, this is an excellent choice. If you have other Michael Jones CDs, you will probably find this an unneeded duplication."
