Malone is an amazing musical chameleon

"From alt-country to folk to rock to pop, this album has all. More pop-inspired than "Beneath the Devil Moon" and "Homegrown" it's also more vocally based. Malone's backing vocal almost seem like another instrument. Indigo Girls' Emily Salier's vocals on "Sleepy Sunday Morning" blend flawlessly with Malone's. Lyrically, Malone shines through as well, personal and perceptive.Get this disk."

"I kept picking up the CD cover half way through every song to see which one was playing. Every song is a new and pleasant surprise. I'm amazed to have seen and heard Michelle evolve into such an incredible talent. From the time I stumbled into a small Atlanta coffee house in 1988, she has delivered some of the most inspired and heart wrenching performances, I've seen. It's exciting to hear all of her talents come together on such a tremendous album filled with interesting songs, beautiful music and incredible vocals. If you're tired of the sugar coated, superficial crap that waters down the radio or the whinny hopeless mud that chokes the streets and clubs, you will be renewed by this work of art, rooted in meaningful and solid ground."
