Life is musical

"Exceptional! Blues. Rock USA is a standard for blues: the melding of rock n' roll of the 50/60s era where RnR and the blues blended and began, because of a D.J. I felt the emotional energy of the music and what America was trying to say. And the sound quality is so much better these days. In the beginning of black music on the radio, is what you heard in the 50s/60s, and the feeling of carefree [gentler times but hard times come to mind,] this album will take you back to when we were young, naïve, joyful, and hopeful in what we we're feeling, rather than what the society was imposing upon us [bomb-shelters, communisium.] Just joyfull! blues. Enjoy your body, your humaness, feel!.

This is soul, the original blues: black! Who the heck cares: pure emotional human-being, rock and roll soul...Rock on with the blues message. We're human-beings, laughing and crying.

Mick should do a reissue of this album, as is. He is so talented and with his song writing/singing and band melding, this album is sure to please.

I've got 5 of his albums and make my own mixes: dang I won't let go of the originals and particular, this one.

I'm a new-commer to Mick, and I just flat like him. His "One foot in Front of the Other" and "In One Ear"" are equaLLY as GOOD. Buy, buy, buy.

I'm old and know what I like. Mick is a harp [harmonica] player. Can't find much of that around and he leaves me wanting more: that's perfect timing. Can't even find the "Harmonicats." They did more than "Peg of my Heart and Cherry pink" and Europe loved them. America doesn't offer their albums anymore.

What's old? I like Gary Moore, John Hiatt, Dave Hole. I'm not that old as the spirit is still a teenager.
