"From the track listing, I would guess that this is the recording of the Miles Quintet with Coltrane in Holland from March 9, 1960. The music from that European tour is characterized by long, involved solos from Coltrane, which show him to be well on his way out of the traditional idiom. If you like these loose and lengthy takes on Miles' live repetoire, the Zurich and Stockholm recordings are just as good. Incidentally, "'Round Midnight" is speculated to be from a different concert, as the recording quality for that track is distinctly inferior."
