"I have so much music and most of it is worth only the occasional listen. This duo is very different. Their music is so rich and intensely sincere with being intense at all (I have tears just trying to put this into words!)

In short if I could give more than Five Stars, I would.

One other thing. I don't know much of their other recordings but on this one they are working with Thomas Barquee. He really knows his way around production and his an accomplished singer and keyboardist himself. He did this duo justice!

Sincerely,

Dharam Singh

"Flores by Mirabai is beautiful. I was blessed with the opportunity to experience them live at Summer Solstice 2006. Their voices & instruments resonate pure joy, calmness & enlightenment. Their other cd, Mirabai Sadhana is exquisite. I love them."
Guru Ram Das is Simply Entrancing

(5 out of 5 stars)

"I practice a form of yoga called Kundalini and one night at the Ashram during the chanted meditation they played the last cut on this CD, Guru Ram Das. I was blown away. This is one of the most beautiful pieces I've ever heard. Poignant, soulful, sad, inspiring all at once. The song has a different flavor than the rest of the CD, but that doesn't diminish the quality of the other tracks at all. However, I'd buy the CD just for the last track alone.

As other reviewers have indicated, the duo has a unique sound. I'd say that the songs are all woven nicely. Weaving seems to be the best metaphor I can use for what they've accomplished."
