If I couldn't fit the equipment, I'd go back just to hear her with my own ears. Haas does more with silence than most professional pianists can do with notes. Her timing on these recordings is just so fluid, so tuneful, that the performances almost feel improvisational -- like jazz, but without the dead ends and wasted notes. Buy this 2-disc set, if you can find it, and if you can't then start saving your money for her boxed set coming out on DG."
