"I reviewed her original album Eyes, however the reason I reveiwed about that is because the item was top in Watanabe's album list and many people will look at the item. That is why I want to recommend her best album "She Loves You" rather than this album. When you listen to the best album, you will be able to know her best songs, her ability as a singer and her charms easily. If you can get the cheap price album in the auctions like E Bay fortunately, it will be good choice that you get that.



She have the carrer as a pro singer for about twenty years. Though her populality may be little down in Japanese music scene, her ability or charms are unchanging. She has some great charms as a singer. First, she have great beautiful voice. Off course she can sing with very broad octaves, in addition to that she have powerfull but clear voice. When she is compared to U.S singers, there may be more great singers because U.S is high level music counrty where great singers over the world gather. But she is top level singer on the point of singing ability at least. If I dare to introduce her charms more, she can sing with very well power of expression. In sorrow songs, she subdue her voice volume and sing like whispering, on the other hand, she sing very powerful as she can in light songs such as summer songs.



Her songs have beautiful melodies too. Japanese pop tend to include beautiful and sentimental melodies. But her song have more great melodies. If singers sing songs included great melodies, they can not tell all the charms of the songs without their technique as singer. Watanabe can show the charms with beautiful melodies fully because she have great ability.



Expecially the songs that I recommend is"my revolution" "Natu ga kita(summer season have come!)" "believe" "Aozora (blue sky)".

My Revolution was her debut single by Tetuya Komuro's music, who leaded 90' JPOP scene. When the song was released, because she was very young yet, her voice was young like teenagers, therefore the way that she sang the positive words of beaking tommorow by using word "revolution" had very persuative charms.
