"I came across this kind of Renaissance polyphony choral music while taking a Music History course last semester at school. We were focusing on Renaissance music and the Cantus Firmus, when one day our teacher played Josquin Deprez's Gloria from the Ave Maris Stella Mass. I was blown away. Seriously, it was the most beautiful sound I had ever heard, well despite Oasis ofcourse. Anyways, i needed to get my hands on a record and listen to more. So I went out bought Josquin's Pange Lingua Mass which is also wonderfull and then purchased this record after hearing it at a listening station at Borders. It's beautiful. It hasnt been out of my CD player once since I bought it. I take the CD everywhere with me. It's great for the car when you're driving. The voices just blow you away. This unkown composer has sort of lived in Josquin's shadow as did most High Renaissance composers. This one surely needs to be recognized more. It's brilliant."
