"This is the EP to their full length cd ONE: which was released off of Insidious Urban Records in 2001. ONE's got a few more tracks on it, but the EP is kind of rare so it's definitely worth getting. Kat (Pianist) , Raashan Ahmad and Moe Pope (MC's) , Headnodic (Bass) , Max (Percussion) , and Woodstock (Sampler) make such a dope team. Their music is beautiful (Kinda jazzy, kinda classical, like a native tounges cd, but with live instruments). Moe and Rashaan's lyrics are upbeat and thoughtful. I saw them perform in Frisco and have been a fan ever since. Disturbing Behavior is my favorite track. But the chourus on Now I Shine is pure aural bliss (think Esthero meets EPMD.) Steal it, buy it, take it home."
Hip Hop in its purest form

"I saw this group live in Bosnia at Camp Dobol and their live performance blew my mind. I found that Hip-Hop is so deep into the horrors of life that the message is lost but MISSION found a niche of their own. Both MC's Rashaan Ahmad and Mos both have mad skills and are lyrically supreme and when it comes down to spitting verses they can both match the best of them. The music is provided via a LIVE band, that alone makes this a special blend and you can feel the intensity and depth of how the two forces compliment each other lyricist to musician. This album is a must for anyone claiming to be a hip hop head!!!!"
