"While the album Play is a great album, the Natural Blues maxi-single is an excellent addition to one's collection. The first track is the Radio Edit of the album track (track 3 on the single), which is about a minute shorter yet practically identical to the album version. Track 2, the Perfecto Remix, is a very good remix. Its heavier, faster beat seems to give the song a new life, making it even more intense and even spiritual while at the same time making it more danceable. It may seem repetative at first, but once the track gets to where it wants, it becomes worth the price of the single.Unfortunately, track 4, is horrible. I like the Beastie Boys, but Mike D should stick to his element. His remix slows down the sampled Vera Hall's gospel vocals to the point where it sounds more like the male town drunk than a female gospel singer. Track 5 is Whispering Wind, a kinda slow song that seems to just be tacked on for sake of taking up more time.Overall, the radio edit, the Perfecto remix, and the album version make this single a must-have."
Great song !

"This really nice song introduced me to Moby. And it has done a good job. Nice remixes, especially "Perfecto Mix" ( I think "Mike D Edit Remix" it the most boring ). The single has also two beautiful b-sides. "The Whispering Wind" is the best. One of the most ambient tracks I've ever heard."
