"Okay, so I have this programming book that I have been wanting to read for about 3 months that I couldn't bear to make it through because it extremely boring. I cannot explain to you how boring this book is.



However, I put down my headphones after 3 hours of somewhat pleasant reading my book to write this interview because this CD has allowed me to concentrate while reading it.



I downloaded the mp3s from Amazon MP3 download program, although I heard that the semisync (?) technology could be destroyed from an MP3 download. The validity of that, I'm not sure of or if the MP3 was compressed correctly I am not sure of either or whether it is purely psychological I am unsure of as well. However, in the end, these MP3's have worked wonders for me. I have listened through the CD about 30 times my iPod has said and I have only had it for 10 days. I now put it on everytime I read and surf the internet. I have better results when I use it with stereo headphones.



Baroque music, with its average 60BPM, has been shown to improve concentration and endurance. Combined with the technology (you can hear a buzzing sound before and after tracks) makes this CD work well. I am considering buying more Monroe Products."

For me, I find this selection of music pieces very entertain

For me, I find the selection of music pieces in 'Baroque Garden' very entertaining & relaxing at the same time.
