"KDJ is a straight up genius. There are trax on this album that are funk/house jams with some sax thrown in over some sultry female vox. These trax sometimes start by sounds of 3am studio mumbling sessions, preacher's sermon, little girl singing on microphone, to a family get-to-gather.

But if you ever get a chance to see moodymann perform, please do, it is beyond description."
