The Second, more harmonic installment by the Morakestra strongly appeals to the subconscious. The songs range in emotion from radiant to withdrawn. The song "Angels" speaks of unrealized love at first sight. "Tell You Something" offers a vision of choices one faces. "Tonight" evokes vocal and guitar styling of Spandau Ballet. "English Channel" speaks of a beautiful apparition as seen from afar, and the ensuing battle against lament. "Sunshine" portrays the promise offered by a single ray of light and hope penetrating a deep cover of gloom. The Mora brothers continue their offering of both dueling and complementary guitar riffs. The album was recorded in Tornillo, Texas at Sonic Ranch, under the inspired production of Sleepercar and Sparta frontman Jim Ward and Sleepercar keyboardist Gabe Gonzalez, who is more recently acclaimed for his production of Girl in a Coma. Ward also adds to the album as bassist, guest guitarist, and background vocals. Gonzalez added keyboards and was responsible for the mixing. Marco Ramirez performed the Mastering at Sonic Ranch. Morakestra has been inspired throughout their study and career by outstanding guitarists as Zach Wylde, Billy Howerdel, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, as well as standout musicians Josh Freeze, Maynard James Keenan, and Sara Bareilles, whom they have have had the privilege of meeting. Some of their staccato stylings have Blue Man Group undertones, offering surprise signatures in the music.
