"This album is what you could call a traditional "Sick Wid It" release. It has the typical 40 beats, which are phat by the way, and the Sick Wid It family guess stars on many songs. It has some sick tracks(2,3,4,10,13, and 14), but it doesn't compare to their first release (Have Heart Have Money). While their first album was tight from start to end, this one has some filler.
But don't get it twisted, this is one tight cd. You should go get it as soon as possible, especially if you're down with the Fonzarelli sound. But go get their first cd too, it will be well worth it."

A solid album, could've been even better

"Recently I gave this album another listen after a long long time (I bought it when it was released around 2001-2002), and I was quite surprised actually. If you compare it with what's coming out on the West these days, then it's even a very good album! It cannot compete with the group's first album (to me it's clost to a classic, no less), but it's still a very solid album. You could say that the first 11 songs are the good (or even great) ones, with the last 3 being a bit on the filler side. There are quite a few bangers - "Boss Hat" (feat. Levitti and produced by Tone Capone), I Plejge Alligiance (feat. San Quinn and Messy Marv over a killer Sean T beat), "Shoostrings and Thangs" (featuring an aweosome verse by Celly Cel, "Break Bread" and a few more - these are the ones that stood up. The best thing about the album is, of course, the beats, something that has always been Sick-Wid-It's forte. As rappers, The Mossie (Young Mugzi, Kaveo and Tap Dat A##) aren't too unique, especially lyrically, but their delivery and flow are quite entertaining, so overall they do a good job. To sum it all up, this is another good Sick Wid It release, and while it is not on the level of most of the label's other releases (including The Mossie's first album), it's still a good West Coast album, with quite a few excellent songs. 3.5 stars for this one."

"Wow the Mossie have to be one of the greatest rap groups out there today. They completely tear it up with amazing flows. Kaveo is the best rapper of the three. This cd is full of E-40 style beats that are awesome to cruise to. Just to name some of the standout tracks there are Break Bad (classic), Boss Hat, and Shoes Strings (Club song). Its a great cd to have and can be listened to over and over again."
