Addicting!!!

"I found Mother Mother by chance, and I am so glad because I love this CD! I've listened to it over and over for the past two weeks. I'm a sucker for harmonizing and catchy beats, and this band has those qualities in each song.

Every song is different; some have elements of folk, others have elements of rap and indie rock, and each song is strong. My favorite songs are Angry Sea, Legs Away, Verbatim, Neighbor and Dirty Town.

I guess Mother Mother is working on a followup CD, and if it's anything like this one then I'll be the first to buy it! They are my new favorite band."
Great album- Best New Band

"Saw these guys on The Wedge in Montreal one night and was curious about their sound. Purchasing the album was well worth it, I've been listening to it constantly since. The vocals are amazing on their own but the band has no slouches amongst them either. Truly a masterful first album. Can't wait to see what they write next. Best new band of the year, easily.

Great unique, eclectic sound

"This is the first great album I've found this year. Heard "Neighbor" on internet radio and then found the band's website. "Dirty Town" is an awesome upbeat song and the title track "Touch Up" is excellent. This album is fun. I'm a sucker for harmonies and riffs and this fits both criteria. There are some slower tracks but even those have a unique slant. Give it a shot - you won't be disappointed!"
