"On paper it shouldn't have worked at all. Robbo out of Thin Lizzy, while Lemmy and Philthy found themselves in a lurch after Fast Eddie's departure. Fortunately, the songs were terrific, and Robbo's melodic style meshed well with the crash and burn of the "rhythm" section. A heady brew. I love it now, as I loved it then. The live CD is a killer. Nearly all of APD, plus a clutch of older classics. Two tracks had been released as the B-side of the Shine 12" single, here you get the entire show. I am in the minority, but this is my favorite Motorhead disc. The 2nd disc is far better than the alternate stuff included on Ace of Spades, making this an essential addition to any metal collection. Truthfully, I am a big Robbo fan, so this colors my perception. Killer stuff, buy or die!"
