Reasonable release, poor sleeve notes

"Well, as a long-time Mott the Hoople fan I was moved to buy this CD because of the last 2 tracks listed by Amazon - the two acoustic numbers. Imagine my suprise when it arrived and those two tracks weren't actually on it! However, the rest of the CD is pretty good, although there is nothing new, most of it being culled from Angel Air's 'Live Anthology'.
Please don't read the sleeve notes though, they are remarkably poor. Apparently Mick Bolton replaced Verden Allen and played on 'Mott', and Morgan Fisher was replaced by Blue Weaver. Even worse, the author (Gregory Russo of Crossfire) claims that 'Roll Away The Stone' was originally written by Richard Supa, a virtual unknown who penned a song called 'Chip Away The Stone' in 1978, some 4 years after 'Roll Away The Stone' was a hit! Poor sleeve notes don't make a poor album though, and this is not bad. I'm not sorry I bought it, but if you have the 'Live Anthology' you simply don't need it."
